Great Location & beautiful ponds. Only if it had more efficient staff (especially in the restaurant)
The location is excellent, with beautifully landscaped ponds. The balcony adds value to the room and view on the Ganges.
The efficiency of staff is really low. The check-out time was 10:30-11AM, but when we arrived at 1:40PM the rooms were not ready, only provided to us at 3PM. The restaurant (The Reflections) serves good food, but it takes hours to serve food (even when the hotel is 50% full), and staff is slow to take orders, serve, and even they make mistake between which dish is fish & which is chicken.

Not as expected.
As a new comer we are not habituated with the property. We supposed to book room at fort however they booked at suites which is 500 meter distance and also no activities were available at suites. During booking they should clarify the things to travellers.
